Deposit Policy.
All new bookings require a $100 deposit to secure the appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours and cannot be filled, 50% of the service cost will be invoiced.
Failure to comply with our cancellation policy may result in restricted or blocked access to future bookings.
