Booking Policy

 

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system.
  • Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message/email.
  • Please ensure all details (service, date, time) are correct at the time of booking.
  • Late bookings may be accepted subject to availability.


Deposit Policy

 

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
  • Deposits are deducted from your final service total on the day.
  • If a deposit is not paid, your appointment will not be held.
  • Deposits vary depending on service type and timing.


Cancellation Policy

 

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged up to 100% of the service cost.
  • Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.


 

 

 

Late Policy

 

  • A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed depending on schedule.
  • Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in:
  • Reduced service time, or
  • Appointment cancellation (deposit forfeited)

  • Please respect appointment times to avoid delays for other clients.


Mobile / Travel Booking Policy (if you offer mobile glam)

 

  • Mobile appointments must be confirmed with travel details prior to booking.
  • A travel fee may apply depending on location.
  • Parking must be provided or covered by the client where required.
  • Set-up space must be clean, well-lit, and suitable for services.
  • Travel bookings require additional time allocation, so punctuality is essential.


 

 

 

Business Policy (General)

 

  • All services are professional and non-refundable once completed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a client is abusive, disrespectful, or under the influence.
  • Any allergic reactions must be disclosed prior to service.
  • Please arrive with a clean face/hair (unless otherwise instructed for your service).
  • Results may vary depending on skin type, hair type, and aftercare compliance.


Aftercare Policy

 

  • Aftercare instructions are provided for all services and must be followed.
  • We are not responsible for results affected by incorrect aftercare.
  • Any concerns must be raised within 48 hours of your appointment.
